REC 3 First Aid Course

SSPR are supporting the delivery of a Rescue Emergency Care 3 First Aid Course in Sligo, the course you need if you work of play in the outdoors.

Venue: Strand Campus, Strandhill, Sligo

Date: 19th and 20th October 2024

Time: 8.30am to 6.30pm both days

The REC 3 course is a specially tailored program for individuals who often find themselves in outdoor environments whether for work or for play. Its relevance is particularly felt among those involved in outdoor activities such as canoeing, sailing, mountaineering, hillwalking, and forest school activities, as well as organisations like scouting and guiding. The course aims to equip attendees with the knowledge and practical skills to manage emergencies in these environments effectively.
